Change is the only constant in education. At CTQ, we recognize the need to be nimble and proactive. We use decades of research and practice to guide systems change work with partners, supporting districts and organizations to think differently about meeting emerging needs and learning from their work.
Our collaborations have helped school systems create new career pathways so teachers and administrators can make and sustain school improvement goals. We’ve co-developed programs that diversify educator pipelines and encourage teachers to lead without leaving the classroom. And we’ve facilitated design processes for stakeholders to rethink not just the usual answers but to revisit the usual questions.
