At CTQ, we believe it’s time to reimagine the role and pathway of educators in ways that benefit schools, students, and careers.
Education isn’t what it used to be, from school models and systems to educator roles. And at CTQ, we recognize the need to be nimble and proactive. We have a long history of conducting research to advance teaching as a profession and cultivate teachers as leaders. We have worked with districts and states to support teachers in hybrid roles — teacherpreneurs — who stay in the classroom but also have the time and space to help lead educational innovations.
We also collaborate with school systems to create new career pathways so teachers and administrators can help solve school-wide problems. We champion approaches that encourage teachers to lead without leaving the classroom, while allowing principals to make classrooms more effective, developing and retaining exceptional teachers to better serve students.
