In the wake of the Measures of Effective Teaching Project, educators and researchers alike are asking, “Now what?”  Teachers especially ask, “Can you tell us something we didn’t already know about effective teaching?”

I’ve got an idea: use video to reflect in school teams.  Turn a PLC into a VLC, a video-based learning community.  My school colleagues who participated in MET agree.  The video analysis was the most powerful part of the experience.  This whiteboard video shows how we can build on this research.
