Jennifer supports educators eager to explore and implement innovative personalized professional learning strategies. Excited by the idea of untapped potential, Jennifer is committed to individual and collective excellence. From her English and history classroom, Jennifer created and facilitated a nationally recognized, district technology initiative in the early 2000s. Yet, the marker of success she values most is that in 2021 that district is still setting and achieving ambitious goals. One of the nation’s leading experts on micro-credentials, Jennifer has been immersed in this personalized professional learning strategy since joining CTQ in 2014. She led the team’s development of a suite of micro-credential tools for development, pilot design, implementation, and evaluation and has facilitated the use of these tools with more than 500 educators across the country. Jennifer’s perfect day away from work is spent reading, creating, laughing, and napping.
