HOW WE LEAD
Collective leadership is both what we do and who we are. Our unique approach to equitable, inclusive, and shared leadership begins within our organization and extends outward to our partners, supporting the design, implementation, and sustainability of collective leadership models unique to each system being served.
A president and an executive director are part of CTQ’s staff structure. Collective leadership does not mean an absence of management roles. It simply means that we live out collective leadership in a governance model designed with an intentional combination of individual expertise and shared responsibility and influence among a dynamic team.
Embodying a spirit of collaboration, shared vision, and desired impact, we demonstrate that the same can be done at the individual, team, and system levels in P20 education. Sustainable systems change is achievable with engagement and commitment from everyone. Collective leadership provides a model through which each individual owns the work of change, regardless of title, role, or experience. At CTQ, we live the model and share lessons we learn with others who are rethinking/redesigning their systems for deeper impact on learning and leadership.
